Complaint Against Useless Barrister Wendy Chui Ling Lau (劉翠玲大律師) of Foundation Chambers

I am lodging a formal complaint, as a member of the public, against Useless Hong Kong Barrister Wendy Chui Ling Lau (劉翠玲大律師) of Foundation Chambers, for her blatant breach of paragraphs 4.1(b)(iii), 4.1(d) & 10.36 of the Bar Code, in that she had, in handling a wholly unmeritorious ex parte application before the High Court Duty Judge, Madam Justice Queeny Au-Yeung, in FRANCES FONG v. THE INCORPORATED OWNERS OF HAMBURG VILLA - HCZZ147/2021 - [2022] HKCFI 188, on 24 December 2021, completely failed to appreciate (a) that there being absolutely no secrecy and no urgency in the matter at all she was unprofessionally, incompetently, irresponsibly and recklessly abusing the Judiciary's Duty Judge System; and (b) that she was wasting the precious time of our beloved Madam Justice Queeny Au-Yeung, who had much better things to do.  Madam Justice Queeny Au-Yeung was so angry and so completely pissed about this she took the unprecedented step of handing down and uploading a public written judgment for this ex parte application just to tell the lawyers off in public.

Please prosecute Useless Hong Kong Barrister Wendy Chui Ling Lau (劉翠玲大律師) of Foundation Chambers for professional misconduct accordingly.  She is a cancer cell.  She is a risk to all litigants.  She causes harm.  She should be struck off the Roll of Barristers immediately.
