《星島日報》獨家得悉，涉嫌捲入串謀舊樓詐騙集團的大律師為蕭震然，將於明早自行向高等法院鄭蕙心法官申請在大律師名冊中除名，根據司法網頁蕭震然沒有律師代表，將自行提出除名要求。
